About New Breed
Youth & Family Community Development
New Breed is a nonprofit community organization connected to the Mt. Calvary family, serving Philadelphia youth and families through mentoring, education, wellness, arts, leadership development, and community outreach. New Breed was developed to expand youth and family programming beyond the walls of the church and provide accessible services to the broader Philadelphia community.
Our Mission
New Breed's Mission is to make quality programming and support services accessible to youth and families throughout Philadelphia. Through education,mentorship,welness, leadership development, and community engagement, New Breed helps young people become resilent, caring, responsible, and accomplished adults.
Who We Serve
New Breed serves children, teens, young adults, and families in Philadelphia, with a special focus on underserved youth and communities in Southwest Philadelphia. Our goal is to provide safe, positive spaces where young people and families can receive support, encouragement, resources, and opportunities for growth.
